Socialized Healthcare has kept me alive. An asthmatic with Chronic Sinusitus and on hefty steriods and other asthma and sinus medications, I couldn't afford american Healthcare. My medicines are almost 200-300 dollars a month and that's JUST ME. My family are all asthmatics. I'm due to get surgery on my sinuses in a year or so. It's a really long wait time, I know... but it's FREE, like the medications I use while I wait for it.
My mother used to make almost 20 dollars an hour at her non-private facility. Then privatization of senior homes was made legal overnight, her seniority gone from her position, she had no were to go. She ended up in a privatized facility making 13 dollars an hour.
So... I'm all for our healthcare. I know its not perfect, I also know I can die from it, but I believe in it, because no one's healthcare is perfect.
I think perez's downfall with Lily started when a few of his 'not-so-blind' items inferred that Lily LIED about being pregnant, or purposefully aborted her baby, or even partied her baby away when it was reported by reputable media outlets that she miscarried. Even if it was possible he was right, there's still a strong possibility he was wrong which was WHY it was a blind item. I'm sorry, but if I lost my baby in a tragic miscarriage that left me heartbroken and unable to maintain the relationship I'm in, I'd be pissed and fed up too when some guy who doesn't even know who I am as a person, is making horrible comments on my deep personal issues. X X X X Not to mention that he continued on thinking they were 'playfully' hating on eachother.
When I was born, they looked at me and said... what a good boy, what a smart bot, what a strong boy... and when you were born they looked at you and said, what a good girl, what a smart girl, what a pretty girl...I've been listening to that on repeat on my way to work for a few days.
What Perez never mentions is he *did* appologize to the DP, the next day... if you take the time to follow the link he talks about how he appologized to the DP and things were fine for the rest of filming.
Sure it's just his side of the story, however, it's kinda lame Perez wouldn't put that up there, since I agree, it doesn't seem sincere as an appology if it's not shown he appologized to the DP FIRST.
I'd love to hear what the DP has to say about all of this.
