Women, infants and Children is WIC not Welfare. To qualify for WIC you have to make somehwere around $36k per year or less. Not the same as Welfare where you have to make almost nothing to qualify.
Either way...she should NEVER be shopping for make-up and getting her nails done if she needs WIC!! She's insane and has her priorities WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!!
