its so sad cause i remember her Disney movie "A Ring of Endless Light" and she was so good and had so much promise. To think these young girls just throw their lives away like this, her, Lindsey...when they had the world at their feet.

i did grow up during that time and it seriously was the best music wise. just as you said, prince, madonna, michael jackson it was just the most amazing time. and throw in some bon jovi and all that hair band stuff - looking back it was way more fun than music is today in so many ways and so many levels.i love how the youngins think that this is Madonna of current day. god i feel old.

Its unfortunate because this doesn't put Kate in the best light, but as a parent I can understand that if she gave it to Mady then all the rest of them would start chiming in that they would want water too and it would be melt down city. That is just what happens when you have a large group of kids together and being that they are related it makes it worse. The child certainly isn't going to die without water for a few moments, but the real problem is that they are all sitting there having to wait to do an interview and that is the priority - not that she didn't give Mady water in that moment. It was kind of mean of her to drink it in front of her, and well Mady being Mady she called her out on it.
