This is different from THE LAST AIRBENDER which is based on the cartoon show Avatar. That movie is being directed by M. Night Shyamalan. I was confused too. Btw, I'm definitely seeing this one, it has Sam Worthington in it and that's good enought for me :-)

Yeah, but the movie has been getting really bad reviews. and i agree with them: it's formulaic, predictable, a few funny moments but overall lame.

I just saw this movie, and man did it SUCK. The effects were alright, but we've seen it all in the last one.The plot was complete bullshit, the acting was horrendous. Whoever said Megan Fox is the next Angelina is on acid. The bitch doesn't even know what acting is, from the looks of it. Seriously, it doesn't bode well for your career when CGI robots show more emotional range than you...it's like, are you sure SHE'S not the robot? lol. I really was trying to give her a chance but damn, her acting is JUST THAT BAD. sheesh. So yeah, sorry Michael Bay, but I have to agree with most critics that this one is a total FAIL. It just felt like more of the same, and not in a good way.
