I am not a fan of either, however I think Kate is definitely handling this situation much better than Jon. He is a selfish prick. I felt bad for him when Kate was a complete bitch to him, but after the comment of he lives in NYC and travel's to work which is 3 hours away. WTF. These are his kids, these children are his responsibility too. I was not surprised to see hear that Kate gets physical custody, because he does not want to be a dad. LOSER

I am Team Kids. Regardless of how Kate treated him in the marriage, that didn't give him a free pass to be an ass in public. If he wanted to date why didn't he try to keep it quiet for the sake of his kids. He is spending money like there is no tomorrow, he needs to think of his kids since they clearly will not make enough going back to their jobs to support 8 kids.

I have loved Metallica for more years than I would like to admit. Anyone who has been a true fan knows that Metallica has always appreciated their fans. I am very confident that they would have stepped up regardless of what she looked like, race, weight, whatever. I would hope that this girl is found alive, however given the circumstances I doubt it.
