You're absolutely right. He violates the constitution because he doesn't believe in it. He is a constitutional revisionist just like his appointee to the Supreme Court bench. He wants to change what the Founding Fathers established in this country because he believes he's smarter than everyone else. In fact, the word he used was "enlightened". He actually expressed that about himself to another Democrat. Thank goodness he didn't say it to a Republican because no one would have believed it then. Obama is a legend in his own mind.

He's crazy because he expresses a different political view than yours? What kind of an American are you. You sit at your computer, insult people without conscience and proceed to lecture Jon Voight about his political beliefs? Perez, you are, by far, the biggest hypocrite that walks the face of this Earth. In case you need a refresher course in American History or Civics seeing as the Jesuits at Belen didn't drive it home when you were in school, to be an American means that although you don't happen to agree with someone, you defend and fight for their right to do so. While I don't agree with about 99% of what you write, I acknowledge your right to write it. Once again (and I never get tired of saying this), GROW UP!

You wouldn't be sentenced to 12 years in a labor camp. And as for everyone that assumes these women knew they were crossing into N. Korea as that government claims, these women had a guide. It's not as if they were experts on Chinese/N.Korean geography. How dense can you be people.

This is a very sad situation. I'm not hopeful the N. Korean government will be moved by any pleas from the families. This type of regime only understands and responds to force. I hope our government acts accordingly and demands their return or suffer the consequences. This sort of totalitarian system is a plague to humanity and should be removed at any cost. Not only do they imprison and murder their own helpless citizens, now they've moved onto foreigners in some demented show of force. I can only pray these women stay strong mentally so as not to give these cretins the satisfaction of seeing them broken.

I'm actually glad he spit on the photographer. It's about time the douchebags that make a living out of hounding and harassing people get some spit on them since they're such dirty people to begin with. They probably can't tell the difference. If more celebrities did stuff like that and retaliated against these scum perhaps they'd more onto a more dignified job.
