If you could read Russian, you would see that in there is NOT A SINGLE ENTRY in Russian blogs with ANYTHING similar to the expert decisions you're talking about. I mean it: not a single entry. Why can't you understand that what you see in the news is not real Russia and dorks like I.Z. are not real Russia as well? I could have my own opinion about what's going on in the States (I can assure you I know much more about your country than you know about mine), but I'm not going to express it in any way similar to yours.
