on Oprah NOT Taking Her Show To Cable, Wants To Start A New Show! at 15:24 11/20/2009living in chicago i can tell you this.Oprah has NEVER been spotted going out in chicago- very very rarely to social events,restaurants etc. i think she just hates the weather here, and with the new house in Californai, she high tails it out of here all the time. Of course she would make a permanent move out of chicago-theres no reason for her to be here anymore ( and that shitty chicago winter)
