it's not the surgery that's the problem. it would be finding a surgeon who is willing to perform a bloodless surgery, which many are reluctant to do for liability reasons. there are many safe ways to perform this kind of surgery without blood and surgeons who are educated in these ways are always more than willing to work with people who have strong religious convictions. jehovah's witnesses get the necessary medical treatment within their religious beliefs and would not ignore their health, and living on pain killers is not something the religion would encourage or condone.

NOT out of line. she's a public figure, and even though she's only 16, she insists on acting like a grown up by dating an adult. you can't claim to be mature enough to handle an adult relationship then cry "i'm just a kid" when someone in the media makes fun of you. i understand that she and her father are upset, but it comes with the territory. and last i checked, she did have big gums and an even bigger ego. so at least he was telling the truth.
