What about how she recommended that people should feel comfortable tipping 10% (or less!) at restaurants, even for good service, because of the economic crunch? I think that's pretty irresponsible as well.
MySpace's TOS had this same provision years ago - don't know if they changed the wording or not. They can get away with it because no one reads the TOS or, if they do, don't understand the implication. Probably not a huge deal unless you're, say, some kind of artist or photographer and post your stuff.
She's a human being, not a superhero - she's entitled to her human moments just like the rest of us.
I don't think the two are comparable and am disgusted by this.
