What about how she recommended that people should feel comfortable tipping 10% (or less!) at restaurants, even for good service, because of the economic crunch? I think that's pretty irresponsible as well.
MySpace's TOS had this same provision years ago - don't know if they changed the wording or not. They can get away with it because no one reads the TOS or, if they do, don't understand the implication. Probably not a huge deal unless you're, say, some kind of artist or photographer and post your stuff.
Aren't there income guidelines that dictate how much public support you can get from welfare and stuff like that? Why wasn't her insurance money taken into consideration?
