Remember how irrestible she used to be in "Almost Famous"? She has a kid. She needs to get her shiz together and stop the slide down into the Hollywood gutter. Where is her mom in all this? Like we are supposed to believe she wasn't engaged in what Owen was during their time together? Please. She was married to the biggest pothead in the US and would still have people believe she is all sweet and innocent? Bitch, please. Get it together already. It's called rehab. It works if you work it and after looking at your pics the past few months, you are one sick puppy.

Marc Jacobs has turned into a very strange and weird man since he lost weight. My guess is bipolar with a tilt toward the mania side. Mental illness is not attractive, sorry. Get on some meds Marc and get off your street drugs. You are a mess, and not a hot mess either.

Pancreatic cancer is always fatal. Why? No symptoms until the pancreas is in the final stages of cancer at which point it is not curable. Keep it real Swayze. Blowing sunshine up peoples azzes who have pancreatic cancer with your pollyanna BS is not cool. Why not do some PSA's on it and educate people on why it is fatal and the treatments that may buy some extra time? If happy, wishful thinking cured pancreatic cancer it would not be 100% fatal to the 100% of people who get it.
