on Well, Duh! at 12:55 04/30/2009She is still beautiful, but it's a shame she got off her exercise program. The key is to keep doing realistic amounts of exercise and diet changes that you are comfortable living with for the rest of your life. AND I think it's horrible that people are paying so much attention to how "fat" she is. There are more important things in the world than how much Kirstie Alley weighs nowadays.
