You guys should be ashamed of yourself. This little girls name is Eme and she is fighting for her life as you guys sit here and make fun of her dirty cake face. This was one of the last times she was able to sit up and eat cake. Take the time to click on the site and read her story, I have been following it for some time. She has had multiple organ tranplants and is only 3 years old.
