I too am a volunteer with Good Mews and also give to people causes. If you live in the area, you can give your time if you don't want to give cash. Volunteer. They are the Atlanta area's original non-profit no-kill cage-free shelter, celebrating 20 years of fiinding good homes for good kitties. Voted a best place to adopt a pet by the readersof Atlanta Magazine last year, they need your votes in the current vote, which ends November 10th.
