WOW! I love Snow Patrol's version, but this is sooo much better! Maybe it's just cause I'm a girl, but this song reallllly did it for me. I really connected with this version. The video is gorgeous as well!!!

Although the last season wasn't spectacular... the previous 4 were to die for... I think they deserve it for the great work they did prior to season 5... I'm just sad to see the show come to an end :(
