If you look at most of the gay people portrayed on tv, it's 99% of the time portrayed as over-the-top. It's a shame though, I live and breathe Grey's and was enjoying watching this relationship develop, especially with Callie O'Malley's (lol) confusion over how she felt. Sad times indeed :-(
