Second.... As many people have stated before... the majority of Canadian DIDN'T vote for Harper, otherwise he wouldn't have a minority government! And second.. they are forming a coalition between the Liberals and the NDP with support from the Bloc and the Green Party on votes of confidence, it doesn't give either of those party any "power" what so ever.
Third... this is totally democratic! This is how it works... the PM has lost the confidence of hte other parties.. therefore he should no longer be in power.. to bad for him, his plan was the shits. We can either waste money on another election, or make a government work for the next couple years. Dion will only be PM as long as he's the head of the liberal party... which will only be until May at the latest when the new leader of the party is named in which case Dion will resign and the new leader will take the position of PM.
