FYI for all the people calling her a "one hit wonder": she actually isn't, and by saying that the only thing you're doing is demonstrating how little you know about music--or anything beyond what you hear on commercial radio or in the preview of Pineapple Express, apparently (didn't even realized she had a song on that soundtrack). It's really appalling how many people have jumped on Perez's fucking bandwagon, and are so quick to say vile and disgusting things about a 17 year old girl you've never even met and her deceased father, who, whatever his personal problems, did a hell of a lot more with his life than most of us will by the time we're 27! Certainly more than Perez ever has.
