She is probably just nervous and people expect her to be akward so maybe she was playing it up. I personally do not think she was stoned, but if she was could you blame her. Shes a young gorgeous girl who is getting a lot of attention, doing a lot of interviews and radio / talk shows, appearances, etc and then has to lead a normal life. She needs something to calm her down.
