I love Nancy Grace. She doesn't pull punches. At certain points she can be too much but when you need someone to "go there", she steps up to the plate and you have to respect her for that.

I do not understand why these are being called "affairs" in the first place. If he was not married then they should be called relationships. He has been dating a woman for I guess over a decade and never married her. Why do people think a grown woman would not know that he was not committed or that she expected more from him than her present circumstance of dating? They stayed with each other so their relationship has obviously grown since then as they are now married and have a child, maybe not in that order, but it shows that their relationship progressed through all this. But why do people judging him about this? I have met people through work and I never called them affairs. Maybe Perez doesn't understand because he has never had a real job or an adult relationship.

I watched the video once. It appears they started filming after the sex. Dane was naked with her on the bed. Gayheart was clothed. Then she calls in a credit card number over the phone. "we are glad we got you". sounds like they paid for it. The tape bleeped out the credit card number but the police have it so if she was calling in their credit card number to be charged for a service then it is kinda evident.
