PWNED is actually a very familiar internet term originated from Warcraft (I think?) that *does* mean OWNED. As for drugs like marijuana and hashish being legal, I completely support that. Of course I live in Canada where you can pretty much walk down the street smoking with only a personal amount on you and the cops couldn't care less... As for harder drugs like heroine, crack, PCP, meth, etc. it should be regulated like prescription drugs are now, though I can't imagine any circumstance in which a doctor would prescribe any of the above. Perhaps have "safe" houses in which a person can consume a set amount instead of "crack" houses? Who knows. But she's right about the war on drugs being an epic fail. This is hardly news...
