I love Kathy Griffin. How does this make her a bitch? Sounds like a logistical and managerial call, not hers. And if anything, she probably decided not to personalize or read to sign as many books as possible realizing she wouldn't be able to get to everyone. I think that's better than MORE people receiving nothing at all for their wristband. And how D-List is she that her book signing drew so many people willing to pay for her book and there was still people who didn't get a signed copy? Sounds like a pretty A-List book signing to me... you go girl!
