i dont think they're dating.
look at their body language: they're not really holding hands the way couples hold hands, check out the look on her face, it looks like she finds it awkward, shia's not smiling and he isnt even looking at her.
i think they're definitely just friends. but if they're dating then congrats because they're both yummy :)
