I am so offended about comments regarding Australia being a 'very openly racisit place' and such. I am fuming actually. I am angry because before Michael Jackson died he was known as a freak and a child molestor and now he has died he is praised as one of the greatest men! Harry is a hypocrite as many years ago he was in a skit which not only mocked religon but where he was also dressed as a man of colour! so next time before you all back someone who stands up for the 'right thing' make sure you are backing someone who deserves it, because he is a downright wanker to be standing up for this today when 10 years ago it was ok for him to do it!? the skit wasn't supposed to be hurtful and it was performed by men of varying races so it was not their intention either. The comments being made below are very rich, the way you Americans are judging our country as a whole for this one skit! if we judged America for everything one person did, racist or other, there wouldn't be much left unsaid!!!
umm i am an aussie living in the USA at the moment and the US version of Kath and Kim is absolutely atrocious!!! the comedians that do the show in OZ are the equivalent of Tina Fey and Sarah Pohler- intelligent and witty! they wrote the script themselves and it is totally different... the aussie version of a redneck totally does not translate over here. y'all should bring out the aussie version here!
