Obama plans to spend $875 BILLION taxpayer dollars by putting third world countries on WELFARE, with his 'Global Poverty Act', but that's completely ignored. WHY? Well, most Africans truly believe the cure for AIDS is to rape a virgin. That's one of the biggest reasons AIDS is spreading at such an alarming rate in Africa, but no one talks about it because it's considered "racists" and "politically-incorrect" against the African people.
