There are major differences between Gaga and Miley. The biggest being that GaGa ISN'T A MINOR. Also, GaGa's target audience isn't 7 year old girls who only want to see Miley Cyrus because they know her as Hannah Montana.That being said, I don't care what Miley wears when she's doing her own thing. However, if she's going to be strutting around on stage when she knows there are going young kids in her audience, she should think about a different pair of pants. I don't think the shorts are a big deal for her since she probably wears less to the beach, but it is a big deal when a 7 year old wants to wear hot pants like that because Miley wears them too!Get it?
