In all fairness, I was at the Toronto show, and we were all told that if we lit a cigarette we would be fined $5000.00 and arrested. (it's a big deal to smoke in a public place in Canada) So I would assume it's a similar story in Vancouver. It may not have been Britney's choice to walk off. Not to mention that it is extremely rude to smoke up while someone is performing for you, especially a show as amazing as Britney's.
