Eh the FIRST breakout star was weeks ago and theres been one pretty much every week since. Not to mention this guy might be cute but he's REALLY not that great.

Clearly this is a matter which we both feel strongly about and all anyone wants is for nobody to go through any of this but we just have different ideas about what the right thing for those police officers, who had some powerful information, to do. I felt it was wrong. You disagree but I think we can both agree that what happened was totally wrong and no one should have to put up with any form of abuse.

One more thing. I totally agree with you on your response to Laura. She should speak out. Her silence has done nothing for victims of abuse but I guess thats her problem. Its a shame because a lot of young people look up to her. Maybe she still will.

On your second point which I've just seen. You could well be right, she may be with him now had the extent of her injuries not been revealed. But really, if it means two people get out of a mutually destructive relationship (note the use of the word 'mutual') then does the reason behind it really matter? As I said before a friend of mine is in a very bad relationship but cant see what their partner does to them. Its a VERY bad situation. If the law stepped in and forbid them from being anywhere near each other for x amount of years - even if this wasn't what they wanted, I'd be relieved. Thats just how I feel.

What I said was there was a difference between a BIG guy hitting a woman. Get your facts straight before you attack me. I also said you were entitled to your opinion, as you are, as am I, as is everyone else. YOU were the one who changed the subject from the leaked pictures. I believe that in THE LONG RUN, in THE BIG PICTURE, the picture did more good in being released than not. Victims of violence (emotional, physical or otherwise), whoever they are, wherever they are and whatever sex they are gain strength is seeing others get out of the abuse and give them hope they can too. I also think those pictures shamed Chris Brown; the nation, the world condemned him. That too hits the point home that what happened to Rihanna (this situation, specifically, a MAN v a WOMAN) was WRONG. And, as a lot of people in a abusive situation are brainwashed in to thinking they deserve it or that they brought it on themselves, then to see a nation of people speak out must, in part, contribute to those victims begin to see that whats happening to them is not their fault and not ok. That is why I support the pictures being leaked. THAT is just MY opinion. Now go away, grow up and learn how to have an adult debate without attacking your opposition.
