on Whoopi Is Not Impressed With Suzanne Somers at 02:56 09/24/2009She did say "- I hate to be controversial, but I have to speak out." If the quote is incorrect that's one thing, but it sounds like a public statement. Just saying. Who cares really.

on Fashion Week Is Not Only for the Gays at 02:00 02/18/2009Poor Ian can't even go to a fashion show without having his sexuality called into question... again. Leave the guy alone. So what if he IS gay? So what if he wants to stay in the closet? I doubt you are gonna get an admission out of him now after all of this speculation. I just don't see the point. It's one thing to say you're just being honest by outing him and why does he want to hide it, but not everyone is like you and why should someone come out just because you think they should? There is a point (after numerous denials) when it just becomes mean. Not because being gay is a bad thing, but because he just wants to be left alone and not have to answer to everyone over something so personal. Ian Thorpe never sought fame, he was just a kid who was a phenomenal swimmer and got a lot of attention for it. PLUS, I've gotta say in relation to your headline, as your ironic quotation marks seem to imply that you believe Ian Thorpe is gay. Do you also believe that all of the other people in this photo are gay too? They are after all at a fashion show. OOh.
