Wow Perez for someone who is always the first one to report negative stuff you sure missed this one, everyone knew she was on drugs, cocaine went to rehab, she stopped using and that is the result, you should probally post a before and after picture with a little white scirbble onthe before picture that says " cocaine does a body good" that seems right up your alley... JACKASS!

No where does it state the boy was gay! It is so unfortuneate that the kids in school will call another kid gay because they are from a different place or dress different. That term gets tossed around so much, it could be funny to some and extremely hurtful to others. That artice is not about gay bashing or hate crimes it is about the school not doing thier job to protect thier students. If the mother complained repeatedly to the school to do something and nothing was done, the school is at fault. The kids who did the teasing they are at fault and since it comes from the parents the parents should be punished. These kids were not being homophobic, the kid was not gay he was 11 for crying out loud, they just called him that. My god everyone on this post was a kid once, you know you have called someone a name and probally still do. It is time for parents to take responsibility for thier kids actions, kids in general are good it tis the infulence they get from the adults in thier lives that cause them to do/say things that are inappropiate. When I was growing up it was legal for your parents to spank you if you were out of line, there wasn't anyone bringing guns to school the bullying never got so out of hand kids killed themselves because they just couldn't take it anymore.
Perez, this does not prove anypoint, in the artical it states that it was possibly a human error as same sex couple are recongnized in that hopsital. I think instead of trying to get gay marriage reconized throughout the US, there should be a universal "next of Kin" type card like a drivers liscense that names each persons next of kin, that way there is no question what so ever who that person wants notified in case something happens. Estranged family memebers can not pull rank.
