I agree! I'd rather see one of them Disney manufactured teeny bopper brats play bella than this one. They'd actually put some effort into the acting and be uber appreciative all the attention they'd get from being the one and only Bella Swan. I don't care if she's not cutesy, glamourous, or fabulous; just do your fucking job. So what you get asked dumb questions? You smile, laugh it off, and give an equally dumb answer. People like when you do that! It's called acting! Get it? You act like it doesn't bother you the same way you act like vampires really do exist. It shouldn't be such an onerous task if you're a fucking actor.
First of all, this is also a big part for RPatz, in American or Brittish film. I see him squirm and stumble on words when he's interviewed, but he still manages to sound good. KS opens her mouth and all you want to do is shove a sock in it. Her PR team should be giving her some desperatley needed press skills. As I said before, he's a newer celeb who obviously has to work at, and she managed to make him look like a pro with her crappy performance. Now with her shitty attitude towards fame, she's making him look good even offscreen.And since she IS going to be Bella at least thru Eclipse, I don't want her to fail at it. Id like her to embrace her role, get into the story, and actually evolve into the part. I'm hoping that the fans, criticisms, hype, etc motivate her for New Moon and make her give an actual performance. The main problem with her is that she plays the same character in her movies. If anyone has seen Fierce People, Land of Women, and Twilight, you'll know exactly what I mean. Shes the same girl. It seems like she just plays herself in every role and doesn't branch out of herself. As an actor, you're supposed to be versatile and be able to act a variety of characters. If she wants be herself in everything, then she should audition for the real world and other reality tv shows
I think twat sums her up very well. She was waaaaaaaaay too rough to be Bella. In her next movie, she's supposed to play a stripper. That seems more appropriate. The only thing she has that remotely resembles Bella from the book is that she's little. Otherwise, she's devoid of emotion, basically acting her lines as if she were reading them from a newspaper, and she makes robert pattinson even better despite his lack of acting experience. I agree with the others, the hospital scene was down right SHITEOUS. It's such a big scene in the book and instead of making it great, she managed to fuck it up royally. She's real good at bitching and whining so maybe she'll make up for her lowsy performance in New Moon. All Bella does is whine and be melodramatic thru 75% of that book so Kristen Stewart should feel right at home with her role this time.
