The prop 8 thing is not true. I voted for McCain and I voted no on prop 8. In fact many of my conservative friends voted against prop 8. I also have democratic voting friends and family members that voted for prop 8. Im sorry but prop 8 barely passed and I know many minorities that are democrats voted for prop 8 and obama. It was the democratic votes that pushed the passing of prop 8.

Just because an artist sings about those kind of things does not make them punk. The sixties protest songs werent punk and neither are they.I guess they really do have the punk ideals huh? making millions and living in a nice house with a nice car. I also find it hard to believe that speaking your mind about politics in a song will end your career.
