YOU get a phone call and a letter in the mail saying that you are GUARANTEED tickets to then find out that after waiting in line for 5 hours in a parking garage you aren't getting in because they misjudged how many people they could fit. everyone waiting in line was supposed to be guaranteed a spot inside, we werent standing there for our health.
