I'm form the UK, and although this is true for part of the population (mostly the scummier people) WE'RE NOT ALL LIKE THIS!! SO, please don't judge all of the British on what you hear about these drunken yobs, I'm so sorry that you all have to see our country like this in such a bad light.. :(
