That really doesn't seem right. Lawyer fees should be taken into consideration when such a limited amount of money is getting paid. They should have at least recompensated him for what he lost to the lawyers, because $100k+ isn't shit when you lost your GENITALS. I would expect more than $300k anyway, because that's surely a significant quality of life reduction.
