making a move with target would be the smarter choice, being that H&M is limited on where there stores are, compared to target having over 1680 stores nationwide. the line might be a bit cheaper as far as price is concerned with target, but she'd make more of a killing since you can also purchase GO international(most likely the line it will be produced on) products on target's website, whereas on H&M's you cannot.
