hi, yes, meg adopted from china, i think last year she got her referral.. she waited almost 2 years (my husband and I are also waiting- it's been past 2 years for us so far). she was on ellen talking about it last spring I believe. I know because I was so relieved that a CELEBRITY had to wait as long as we did for their referral- that it wasn't just US!! We are hoping that anyday we will get our call. She said she just felt in heart she wanted to adopt... like the rest of us adoptive parents do! what a cute kid. she also changed her name to something else as soon as she met her in person. Adoption really is from the heart- no matter where u adopt from. peace.
