I'd like to know why Jon going on Larry King Live was breach on contract but when Kate went on, it wasn't a breach?

The million sounded shady too, that split 10 ways and the got a mortgage on a large home like that?

I loved the show when it was about the kids, then it just became the Jon is a douche and Kate wants everyone to feel bad for her show.
