on Paris Jackson Cuts Locks! Security Bags It Up! at 18:53 09/01/2009It's actually a normal occurence to save a child's hair after a major haircut. I have a bag of my own hair from when I was 9 and had my long hair cut short, my daughter also has a bag of her hair. For the very first salon cut they will bag up the kid's hair and tape it to the back of a certificate. This is something most salons do. I don't know why....but they do.
