Take Sociological Explanations of Criminal Behavior. It is YOUR mentality that has f*cked up this world. Just because you are poor does not make you criminal. Most of the people that live in poverty in poor countries and AMERICAN are fine, law abiding citizens. Educate yourself.

I live in Vancouver and I would not leave 5 cents in my car anywhere in this city, you have got to be a real moron to leave anything of value in your car anywhere.... so why would you expect brazilians to leave laptops?
