this is just one of many stupid comments i have read on this about twilight...the reason the volturi have red eyes is because they feed on human blood, unlike the cullens...read a book. secondly, edward looks that way because he has been starving himself n not feeding properly since he left bella. this scene is not in the book, it was much less confrontational in the book, but hey i guess they felt they needed more action.
