Oh my Gad, What the F is this mother not doing... if I ever found or caught my kids with anything illegal at that that age, I would have put the twisted little girl under watch by a private cop. Come on people, there really is no need for someone who makes lots of money not to be on lock down at 15 years of age. Mommy and Daddy, should have been under watch for neglect. Bul-sh&$. Put the spears parents down.. not little girl lost. Being a parent can suck, but rotten kids are a reflection of rotten parents.
