I think this is actually very respectable. Why do his kids deserve the money that he worked hard to create. As long as he is helping people with his money, making sure his kids understand financial responsibility I think he is doing much better than other parents who just give their kids whatever they want in the name of "love". Then you have kids who grow up and spend all their inheritance and do not know the meaning of work.
