Hes right. Quads are really hard to pull off so he should be placed higher than someone who could not perform them. Sure his jumps had a little wobble, but he managed to land them almost perfectly which took a ton of skill. Figure skating should be about skill more than who can do stupid little dances inbetween jumps.
