HELLZZZ YEAHHH!!! This is so clearly a civil rights issue and somehow people are downplaying it like it doesn't matter. IT REALLY DOES!!!.. it would be ridiculous for anyone to have said that to black rights activists while they were campaigning for their civil rights.. People make comments like "by talking about this so much, it makes me want to do nothing even more"... IDIOTS!!!.... clearly they ARE doing nothing and THAT is the problem.. we have a HUUGE hole in our moral philosophy in this country and the christian right is only making it wider. It may be the gays' rights we're fighting for but it's actually the moral high ground that we're after.
