how is that greedy? considering , that whacko jacko was that far in debt , i think the doctor not asking for cash up front before giving any services was a sign of good faith , and from what i gather from the media the doctor was with mike alot so he deserves to get paid im sure he has bill that he has to pay , thats not greedy , being in debt 400 million sounds greedy to me
