I don't think ABC does not like gay people. Ugly Betty is hugely popular and they don't downplay homosexual relationships. The truth is that they were absurdly boring. I honestly would change the channel every time they came on. They did nothing for me and their chemistry was terrible. It was like watching Michael Jackson and Lisa Marie make out.
