i hope you can explain this situation a little more. i don't know much about the case...but from reading your explanation it sounds as if the kid walked outside of the crosswalk because other cars stopped for him...I wasn't there---and I'm sure you weren't either. But based on this report is sounds as if she did what any of us would do--try to get out of the backed up lane and get to the one that was moving. It seems as though this kid was jay walking and met his end.I see this sh!t all the time in LA. I witnessed a bicyclist almost run over TODAY because he ignored the lights telling him to NOT proceed. He still did and almost got crushed by an SUV that luckily slammed on its breaks. As a bystander it was hard to witness, .Based on the sentencing the Noxzema girl got...she was obviously cleared of manslaughter. The kid that died played a role in his death, according to the jury. And by the way-i ain't no fan of the privileged. they should all go under. If the parents of the boy that died saw her in this drug/naked tape they would want to kill i'm sure.

beyond all of his stupid actions-i've always wondered about his teeth. i've been evaluating for years and i dont understand why his superficial, non-smile shows so many teeths. Cameron Diaz has a huge smile and all of the teeth she shows makes sense-but not with this a-hole. He gives a smirk and all 34's are showing. i don't like it.
