I completely agree. They were given the oppurtunity to leave, but they didnt. People were interviewed saying they wouldnt leave because they invested too much on there house/possessions. Seriously... is that more important than your life?! Now it's pretty much there fault.

That absolutely is offensive. You don't tell ANYONE that they should go to hell.. especially if you've never met them before.
She(along with anyone else) completely deserves to be in jail/be punished!
