Uhhhhhhh.....I grew up eating this food and neither my siblings NOR my parents have any weight issues. Since Babs is around 100 yrs old by now, she has forgotten the golden rule with kids: If you start putting foods into "don't eat" categories, they want it MORE for goodness sakes. Moderation, exercise, lots of love. Worked for me - works for my kids.
